Product Details
Small size, high precision: The nut and the support bearing are formed in one piece, so the nut is small in size. The contact angle of the support bearing is 45o, which can withstand large axial loads and achieve high assembly accuracy. Easy assembly: Just lock the nut and the bearing seat with screws, and you can simply obtain a nut-rotating ball screw mechanism. High feed: The screw is fixed, so there is no inertial force when the screw rotates. Ball screws with a large slenderness ratio can also be fed at high speed, and motors with smaller driving force can be selected. High rigidity: The support bearings of the R1 series ball screws are larger than those of ordinary screws, so the axial rigidity is greatly improved. Low noise: The R1 series uses end cover circulation, and the circulating steel balls reflow inside the nut. Even if it rotates at high speed, the noise is smaller than that of ordinary screws.
